Age
Most events at Colonial Life Arena have no age requirement. Please check the event webpage for details. If a guest plans to attend and is under the age of 18, we strongly suggest that they be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly prohibited from entering Colonial Life Arena, including the surrounding parking lots. Anyone attempting to bring alcohol into the Arena will be required to leave immediately.
Effective January 1, 2024, vertical IDs will no longer be accepted as valid identification for purchasing alcohol.
Bag Policy
While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags are are permitted:
All bags are subject to search upon arrival, and any that exceed the permitted size will not be allowed inside the Arena.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are allowed if they don’t block views, disrupt the event, advertise, pose safety risks, or display political or obscene content. They must not be permanently attached or alter the facility, and poles or sticks are prohibited. Building management may remove any sign or banner, and events may restrict them entirely.

Box Office
The Prisma Health Box Office inside Colonial Life Arena is open Tuesdays 9 AM - 4 PM and Fridays 11 AM - 4 PM. On event days, it opens when public doors open - see individual event pages for details. You may park in the Box Office parking lane on Lincoln Street and enter through the main entrance.

Cameras/Photography
Non-professional cameras (under 200mm, no detachable lens) are allowed at most Colonial Life Arena events, provided flash is not used. Professional photography and video recording are generally prohibited unless prearranged before the event. Cameras with video capabilities are not permitted at events with a no-video policy. Photography must never block aisles, seats, or other guests. Please review the event policy on our website, contact us directly, or check posted signs upon arrival.

Cashless
Colonial Life Arena is a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards are accepted.
Guests who bring cash may use our reverse ATMs, a cash to card machine to deposit cash in exchange for a VISA card of equal value.
Catering
Catered functions at Colonial Life Arena, such as group meetings or special events, can be arranged by contacting an Event Manager at (803) 576-9200. All catering services are provided by Aramark/Southern Way.
Compliments, Complaints, and Comments
During events, guests are encouraged to share compliments, comments, or concerns at the Guest Services Center, located on the main concourse, or with any Guest Services team member. After events, feedback may be sent to customerservice@coloniallifearena.com.
Diaper Changing Stations
Diaper changing stations are available in all family restrooms, as well as in men's and women's restrooms throughout our concourse.
Door Times
Doors typically open one (1) hour before the scheduled start time of the game or event. Please note that this may vary depending on the event, so we encourage guests to arrive early to avoid delays. For security reasons, there is no re-entry to Colonial Life Arena once a guest has exited, unless a new ticket is purchased.

Family Restrooms
Colonial Life Arena has single stall family restrooms located on the main concourse level.
Guest Services Center
Guest Services Center is located in the lobby near the main entrance and is open from the time doors open until the end of the event. For assistance during your visit to Colonial Life Arena, contact Guest Services at (803) 576-9062 or speak with a Guest Services representative.
ID Policy

Interpretation Services
Interpretation services for guests with hearing disabilities are available. To request this service, please email us as at customerservice@coloniallifearena.com at least three weeks prior to your event.
Once your arrangement has been confirmed with venue staff, our team will be glad to assist you during your visit. If you have any questions at Colonial Life Arena, please speak with an usher, staff member, or visit the Guests Services Center - located in the front atrium near the main entry doors or on the main concourse behind Section 101. Our Guest Services Representatives are happy to help.

Lost and Found
All lost items found at Colonial Life Arena are taken to one of our Guest Services locations and logged into our Lost & Found system. Items are held for up to 14 days. Unclaimed items after this period will be donated to charity.
After an event, please fill out a Lost & Found form.
Parking
Convenient parking is available within walking distance of Colonial Life Arena. Rates are determined by individual lot owners and operators.
Accessible parking is offered in most nearby lots. Vehicles must display a valid state-issued handicapped permit, placard, or license plate. Guests may also drop off disabled passengers at the arena entrance before parking.

Re-Entry Policy
Colonial Life Arena has a no-entry policy. Once a guest exits Colonial Life Arena during an event, re-entry is not allowed unless a new ticket is purchased.

Safety and Security
Walk-through magnetometers are in use for all guests. When approaching security checkpoints, please keep all personal items in your pockets and bags. Guests carrying bags should proceed to the designated bag check areas.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing.

Security Screening
Please be advised that all persons entering the property or arena are subject to a search of their person and belongings upon entry and while on the premises.

Sensority Sensitivity
To support guests with sensory sensitivities, Colonial Life Arena offers sensory bags containing noise-canceling headphones, fidgets, glasses, sanitizing wipes, and more. Bags are available for checkout at the Guest Services Kiosk near Section 118.
A driver's license or valid ID is required.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs and service animals are welcome to assist guests inside Colonial Life Arena. Guests who require seating accommodations for their service animal are encouraged to notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are not permitted inside the arena.
Traffic
For the best experience, please plan to arrive early to allow for potential traffic congestion and to ensure ample time for parking. New traffic patterns are currently in place around the Arena.
Tickets

To expedite your entry, be sure to download the Ticketmaster app and save your mobile tickets to you phone wallet before you arrive to the Arena.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Colonial Life Arena.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the Prisma Health Box Office inside Colonial Life Arena.
To pick up tickets, bring the credit card used for purchase, photo ID, and confirmation number or email. Tickets are released only to the name on the order.
Will Call usually closes at intermission; unclaimed tickets may be moved to Guest Services but are not guaranteed.
Fan Club, VIP, and show-specific Will Call policies vary by event.
